Removal of the forward panel – operation labor-consuming, it is necessary to perform works only at serious need, previously having studied the description and the detail design of the panel (especially it concerns fastening elements). At removal of the panel designate all wires and cables.

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.

2. Remove a wheel.

3. Remove the central section of the forward panel.

4. Remove a guard of devices.

5. Carefully disconnect wires and a cable of a speedometer.

6. Remove the control panel of a heater, having designated cables.

7. Uncover the block of safety locks, unscrew screws and push the block in the panel.

8. Disconnect sockets from loudspeakers.

9. Remove a cap in the central part of the forward panel, get side nozzles, remove a box for trifles.

10. Disconnect wires from a heater.

11. Turn off nuts and bolts of fastening and remove the panel.

12. Installation is carried out upside-down.

Prevention Before performance of work take the measures excluding operation of a safety cushion (see subsection 13.10).

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.

2. Remove the lower air ducts which are under the panel.

3. Disconnect a cowl lock handle arm.

4. Remove nozzles of heating of a windshield and a box for trifles.

5. Hook and remove a back cover of a guard of devices.

6. Uncover the block of safety locks and the block.

7. Unscrew the screw of fastening of a guard of devices.

8. Remove a guard of devices, having designated and having disconnected all wires and a cable of a speedometer.

9. Uncover a multimeter, having unscrewed side screws.

10. Unscrew 4 screws in the basis of a multimeter and carefully remove, having disconnected wires (do not damage at the same time the inclination compass which can fail at impact).

11. Remove the central section of the forward panel (or the central floor section).

12. Designate and disconnect 3 cables of management of a heater.

13. Remove the central framework assembled with the chassis and the radio tape recorder.

14. Remove a wheel.

15. Remove the block of safety locks.

16. Turn off nuts and bolts of fastening and remove the forward panel.

17. Installation is carried out upside-down.

Prevention Before performance of work take the measures excluding operation of a safety cushion (see subsection 13.10).

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.

2. Remove floor section.

3. Remove handles of the lock of a cowl and a door of a mouth of a tank.

4. Unscrew screws and remove the lower central facing and side facing panels.

5. Remove a box for trifles.

6. Remove the central panel A.

7. Remove the control panel of a heater.

8. Remove the radio tape recorder.

9. Remove facing of a guard of devices, having removed caps and having unscrewed screws.

10. Unscrew screws and remove a guard of devices.

11. Disconnect a speedometer cable.

12. Remove both casings of a steering column.

13. Remove a side nozzle of heating of glass, the switch of a door mirror, the forward loudspeaker, a rheostat, switches of a back washer and cleaner and the door lock.

14. Disconnect a cable of control of the ventilating gate (for this purpose remove a bracket) and burn down conductings.

15. Turn off bolts of fastening of a steering column and all screws of the forward panel, remove the panel.

16. Installation is carried out upside-down.
