1. Unscrew 6 screws and remove a forward lattice.

2. Remove a forward combination of lamps (see subsection 13.17.4) and facing of headlights.

3. Unscrew 4 screws and remove the lower cross panel of a front.

4. Remove mud-reflectors and the protective panel of a wheel niche.

5. Turn off bolts and remove a wing, having tracked safety of a sealing pillow for protection of a forward corner of a wing.

6. Installation is carried out upside-down.

7. Establish a sealing pillow on glue 3M Adhesive EU-870. Paste an edge of the protective panel structure 3M ATD 8625.

1. Remove a bell of facing of an aperture of a wheel niche (if it is provided), for what execute the following.

2. Paste the masking tape on all length of side facing.

3. Cut off facing on a glue layer by means of a scaffold 0,8 mm thick.

4. Drill facing rivets a drill with a diameter of 4-5,5 mm. Beat out cores of rivets (1 – an insert of a mortgage rivet, 2 – a zakleka, 3 – a drill, 4 – the facing panel).

5. Remove latches, having given facing on themselves.

Prevention If facing is established again, then by means of a scaffold cut off a glue layer on a body not to break edge of the panel of facing. If glue does not give in to cutting, then heat it to 40 °C.

6. Remove with the pallet an adhesive tape.

7. Remove the masking tape.

8. Wipe a surface with the degreasing structure 3M ATD 8906.

9. Remove a forward combination of lamps (see subsection 13.17.4).

10. Unscrew screws and remove the protective panel of a wheel niche.

11. Turn off bolts and remove a wing.

12. Installation is carried out upside-down.

13. Establish facing of an aperture of a wheel niche in the following order.

14. Remove with a scraper from side facing of a wing the gluing tape.

15. Wipe the surface of facing covered with the degreasing structure 3M ATD 8906.

16. Attach the new 2-storony gluing film 3M ATD 6382 to a facing bell.

17. Heat a tape surface to 40–60 °C and remove a protective paper layer.

18. Establish facing on a wing so that latches came into openings, densely press facing.

19. Rivet facing in places of remote rivets (1 – adaptation, 2 – the panel of a body and facing, 3 – a mortgage rivet).
