THE GENERATOR OF ENGINES 2,0 AND 2,6 L (WITHOUT CONDITIONER)

The generator of engines 2,0 and 2,6 of l (without conditioner)

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Release bolts of the generator and take off a drive belt. It is required to shoot the pump of the hydraulic booster with parts of cars.
3. Disconnect conducting of the generator (previously having marked). Turn off nuts of terminal connections.
4. Turn out an adjusting bolt and a nut of an axial bolt, take measures against loss of washers between the generator and a cover of the engine (are installed on parts of cars).
5. Get an axial bolt and remove the generator.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the generator in the place. If the new unit is installed, then pick up new washers for thickness. For this purpose the probe check a gap between a forward cover, having given the generator forward. If the gap is more than 0,2 mm, then pick up washers so that they sliped under small effort between a cover and a back surface of the lower arm. 
2. Insert an axial bolt and screw a nut.
3. Wrap an adjusting bolt and pull a belt. Tighten an adjusting bolt with 12–13 N.' moment m and an axial bolt – with m 20–24 N.' moment.
4. Establish all removed details.

THE GENERATOR OF ENGINES 2,0 AND 2,6 L (WITH THE CONDITIONER)

The generator of engines 2,0 and 2,6 of l (with the conditioner)

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Depressurize the highway of the conditioner, having addressed to car service.
2. Disconnect from the compressor of a tube and the socket. Immediately muffle openings.
Turn off axial and adjusting bolts, take off a belt of the drive and the compressor, take it aside.
3. Release bolts of the generator and take off a drive belt. Designate and disconnect sockets.
4. Turn out the top, and then lower bolt, having taken measures against loss of adjusting washers. Remove the generator.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the generator in the place, insert the lower bolt and pick up washers of the lower bolt for thickness so that the generator could keep and was displaced under small effort aside. Tighten both bolts and pull a belt. Tighten the lower bolt with 13 N.' moment m and the top bolt – with m 28 N.' moment. Attach wires.
2. Install the compressor upside-down. At first slightly tighten a belt, having given the compressor by hand, not tightening bolts, then tighten bolts. Pull a belt, rotating an adjusting bolt. Immediately fill the highway with coolant in car service.
3. If belts changed, then through 80–160 km check their tension again and adjust.

The gap And has to be compensated before tightening of a bolt.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect a wire from the plug B on the generator.
3. Disconnect hoses from the vacuum pump.
4. Turn off a lock bolt, a nut of the lower bolt and take off a belt.
5. Turn off a through bolt and remove the generator assembled with the pump.
6. Turn off bolts and carefully remove the pump.
7. Check a condition of shovels of the pump, a ring and an epiploon.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down.
2. Installation of blades with the slightest defects is not allowed.
3. Establish a pump housing according to a photo (see rice. Correct installation of a pump housing).
4. At first attach a hose to the pump then install the generator.
5. Compensate a gap And (if it is more than 0,2 mm), having established a washer.
6. Pull a belt.

Removal

3. Disconnect conducting of the generator (previously having marked). Turn off nuts of terminal connections.
4. Turn off a nut lower bolts and an adjusting bolt. Remove the generator.

Installation
Installation is carried out upside-down. Pull a belt and tighten bolts with the moment specified illustrations.

ENGINES OF 3,0 L OF 24-VALVATE AND 3,5 L

Generator of engines of 3,0 l (24-valvate) i3,5 l

Removal

2. Lift a car front.
3. Release bolts and take off a belt. If it is necessary to replace a belt, then remove the pump of the hydraulic booster.
4. Disconnect conducting of the generator (previously having marked). Turn off nuts of terminal connections.
5. Turn off a lock bolt and a nut of the lower bolt. Remove the generator.

Installation
Installation is carried out upside-down. Pull a belt and tighten bolts with the moment specified illustrations.
