1. Vystupaniye of the valve

1. Disconnect the battery from weight, remove the air filter (if necessary), merge cooling liquid to the level of bottom edge of a branch pipe of a radiator.

2. Disconnect hoses, turn off bolts and remove the thermostat.

3. If necessary check the thermostat in a vessel with water. Temperature of the beginning of opening has to be 88 °C, and a valve vystupaniye – 8 mm.

4. Installation is carried out upside-down. Clear the thermostat and replace laying, having greased with sealant. Tighten bolts carefully, alternately turning off and turning. Warm up the engine, check operation of the thermostat.

1. From a radiator

The thermostat is mounted in the lower part of the block of cylinders and connected to the lower hose of a radiator. The valve is provided in the thermostat perepuskny.

1. Disconnect the battery from weight, merge cooling liquid up to one level lower than the thermostat.

2. Disconnect the lower hose of a radiator from a thermostat branch pipe, remove a branch pipe and the thermostat.

3. Installation is carried out upside-down. Clear the planes and establish new laying, having greased with sealant on both sides. Warm up the engine, check operation of the thermostat.
