Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Remove the air filter.


2. Disconnect an exhaust pipe from a collector (if necessary lift the car and turn off bolts from below).


3. Disconnect an air duct, a mass wire and a hose. Remove an arm of the valve and a cover of a collector.


4. Grease nuts of a collector with the getting liquid. Turn out the oxygen sensor.
Turn off nuts and remove a collector with the reed valve and a branch pipe.
5. Clear the demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders.


6. Installation is carried out upside-down.
Replace laying, nuts of a collector and the damaged hairpins, having turned out them by means of 2 zakontrenny nuts. Delay all connections with the moments specified illustrations for the engine of 2,6 l.

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Remove the air filter.
2. Uncover a collector.
3. Lift a front of the car and disconnect an exhaust pipe from a collector.
4. Turn out the sensor of oxygen and disconnect a wire on weight.
5. Turn off nuts and remove a collector.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace laying. Delay all connections the required moments.

12-VALVATE ENGINE OF 3,0 L

Final collector of the 12-valvate engine of 3,0 l

Removal and installation (left collector)
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the battery and a tray.
2. Disconnect exhaust pipes from a collector and fix them by a wire.
3. Remove a thermal guard of a collector.
4. Disconnect a recirculation tube with laying on both sides.
5. Remove a rack of an inlet collector with an arm.
6. Turn off nuts and remove a collector.
7. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all laying. Delay all connections the required moments.

Removal and installation (right collector)
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect weight. Remove an air duct.
2. Disconnect exhaust pipes from a collector and fix them by a wire.
3. Remove a thermal guard, the right hook and a prop of the generator from a collector.
4. Turn off nuts and remove a collector.
5. Check the collector plane. And with the sdeformirovanny plane (a deviation from caliber over 0,3 mm) replace a collector with cracks.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all laying. Delay all connections the required moments.

24-VALVATE ENGINE OF 3,0 L AND ENGINE OF 3,5 L

6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all laying. Delay all connections the required moments.
