ENGINES 2,0 AND 2,4 L

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Take off gear belts (see subsection 3.4.29).
3. Merge oil and remove an oil filter.
4. Remove the pallet and an oil receiver.
5. Remove a cap and fix the left roller, having inserted the screw-driver with a diameter of 8 mm and not less than 60 mm long.
6. Release a bolt of the right roller and remove a natyazhitel of Century. If necessary remove a roller belt asterisk.
7. Turn off bolts, having paid attention to their arrangement, and remove a forward casing and laying.
8. Remove the screw-driver and get rollers.


9. Uncover the oil pump and get gear wheels.
10. Check a condition of gear wheels and the planes of the pump, replace worn-out details.
Clean oil channels. Carefully check a condition of omental consolidations in a forward cover, if necessary replace. Check existence on rollers of development and traces of a holding strap.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check wear of a plunger of the reducing valve. Establish in a forward cover, having combined tags.
2. Grease and establish pump gear wheels into place, having combined tags.
3. Establish a cover of the pump and tighten bolts with m 21 N.'s moment.


4. Carefully install rollers, without having damaged bearings (1 cap; 2 – screw-driver).
5. Dress on the crankshaft a mandrel of MD 998285-01.
6. Establish new laying, establish a forward cover and tighten bolts.
7. Fix the left roller the screw-driver, tighten a bolt with m 35 N.' moment.


8. Establish a filter arm, tighten bolts of a cover and an arm with 23 N.' moment of m 9 (1 – a cap).
9. Dress a cap on the left shaft.
10. Collect the reducing valve, tighten a cap with m 45 N.' moment.
11. Establish an oil receiver, the pallet and an oil filter.
12. Establish asterisks, gear belts and adjust their tension (see subsection 3.4.29).

DIESEL

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a front of the car and merge oil.
2. Remove the pallet.
3. Take off all belts, the top cover of a belt and install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT
4. Remove asterisks and a gear belt (see subsection 3.4.29) and check a condition of a belt. If necessary take off a small belt of the drive of the roller.
5. Remove the top forward cover and remove an epiploon (is subject to replacement).
6. Designate a relative positioning of gear wheels of the pump.
7. Remove all details of the oil pump and check their state. Replace worn-out details.

Installation
Press fitting of a forward epiploon

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Get and check rollers.
2. Grease and install rollers, tighten bolts with m 5 N.' moment.
3. Grease and establish pump gear wheels into place, having combined tags.
4. Establish a cover of the oil pump, tighten bolts with m 22 N.' moment.
5. Dress on the crankshaft a mandrel of MD 998393.
6. Establish new laying, establish a forward cover and tighten bolts.
Remove a mandrel.
7. Establish the lower cover. Replace an epiploon.
8. Establish all removed details upside-down. Establish asterisks, gear belts and adjust their tension (see subsection 3.4.29).

ENGINE OF 2,6 L

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove both chains and asterisks (see subsection 3.4.30).
2. Merge oil and remove the filter.
3. Disconnect hoses of the perepuskny valve and oil cooler on an arm.
4. Turn off a bolt and a nut and remove an arm and sealing rings.
5. Remove the pallet and an oil receiver, remove laying.
6. Remove details of the reducing valve, turn off bolts and remove the case of the oil pump.
7. Get pump gear wheels, remove a spline from the vibroquencher roller.
8. Uncover the pump with laying.
9. If necessary remove the left roller. For this purpose screw 2 bolts of M8 in carving openings of a flange and wrapping bolts, a vypressuyta an emphasis. If necessary remove the right roller.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of the demountable planes of a cover of the pump and in a forward cover of the engine. Check a face gap of gear wheels. If the gap exceeds 0,15 mm, then replace gear wheels and (or) the case. Clean oil channels. Check existence of development on rollers.
2. Replace all laying and a sealant.


3. Before installation grease necks of rollers (1 – the place of lubricant).


4. Establish an emphasis of the roller on the directing hairpins of M6 50 mm long then remove hairpins and tighten emphasis bolts with m 11 N.' moment (1 ring; 2 – left roller; 3 – block of cylinders; 4 – M6 hairpin; 5 – emphasis).


5. At assembly of the pump combine tags of gear wheels and fill in about 10 cubic see oils.
6. Tighten pump cover bolts with m 11 N.' moment, big bolts of the case the pump – 65 N. m, small bolts and –10 N.' screws of m. a cap reducing the valve – 10 N. of m.

ENGINES 3,0 AND 3,5 L

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove an oil indicator.
3. Lift a car front.
4. Take off a gear belt (see subsection 3.4.29).
5. Merge oil, remove the pallet and an oil receiver.
6. Turn off bolts and remove the oil pump, having paid attention to an arrangement of bolts.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down
2. Replace laying and an epiploon of the crankshaft.


3. Before assembly fill the pump with technical vaseline, or fill in oil. Tighten pump bolts with m 15 N.' moment.
