ENGINE OF 2,0 L

Prevention
Study the procedure of removal of a gear belt.

Pump of cooling liquid of the engine of 2,0 l

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT.
3. Merge liquid.
4. Remove the top casing of the fan.
5. Take off all belts, having weakened bolts of fastening of the corresponding unit.
6. Remove the fan and the coupling of inclusion.
7. Remove a pump pulley.
8. Turn off bolts and remove pulleys from a crankshaft sock.
9. Uncover, weaken a natyazhitel and, without breaking installation of the crankshaft, take off a gear belt, having designated on it a piece of chalk the direction of rotation.
10. Disconnect a hose, turn off bolts and remove the pump.
11. Check a condition of the pump. At detection of damages of the case or a leak through a control opening replace the pump (to repair is not subject). Clear the demountable plane of the pump.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is carried out upside-down taking into account the following:
– replace laying of the pump and a sealing ring, having moistened it with water or liquid (not oil);
– tighten bolts of fastening of the pump in 2 stages: bolts with marking "4"
– with m 14 N.' moment, bolts with "7" – 24 N.' marking m;
– put on a gear belt so that there was no weak point between asterisks of the crankshaft and oil pump, or asterisks of the oil pump and a cam-shaft. Release a bolt of a natyazhitel and turn the crankshaft so that the asterisk of a cam-shaft was displaced on 2 teeth from an adjusting tag. If the belt on a cam-shaft weakens, then choose a weak point, having slightly displaced a natyazhitel down. Tighten the lower, then top bolts of a natyazhitel;
 – tighten bolts of covers of a belt with m 11 N.' moment, a crankshaft bolt – 120 N. of m, a small bolt of a pulley – 25 N. of m, nuts of a pulley and a krylchatka on the cooling pump – 11 N. of m.

Upon termination of warm up the engine, restore the level of liquid and adjust belts.

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge liquid.
3. Disconnect a hose from the pump.
4. Remove the fan, the coupling and a pulley.
5. Turn off bolts and remove the pump.
6. Check freedom of rotation of the roller and a condition of consolidations. At detection of damages of the case or a leak through an air vent replace the pump (to repair is not subject).
7. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace laying.

ENGINE OF 2,4 L

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge liquid.
3. Remove the top casing of the fan.
4. Take off all belts.
5. Disconnect a hose from the pump.
6. Turn off bolts and remove pulleys from a crankshaft sock.
7. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT, uncover also a gear belt.
8. Turn off bolts, having paid attention to their arrangement) and remove the pump.
9. Clear the demountable plane of the pump, check its state. At detection of damages or a leak replace the pump (to repair is not subject).

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is carried out upside-down taking into account the following:
– replace laying of the pump and a sealing ring, having moistened it with water or liquid (not oil);
– tighten bolts of fastening of the pump with m 13 N.' moment;
– establish and pull a gear belt as it should be specified for the engine of 2,0 l (see above).

ENGINE OF 2,6 L

Pump of cooling liquid of the engine of 2,6 l

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge liquid.
3. Disconnect a radiator hose from the pump.
4. Remove the top casing of the fan. Remove the fan and the coupling, you store the fan in working situation.
5. Take off drive belts.
6. Remove a pump pulley.
7. Disconnect a heater hose from the pump.
8. Turn off bolts, having paid attention to their arrangement, and remove the pump.
9. Clear the demountable plane of the pump, check its state. At detection of damages or a leak replace the pump (moistening of a control opening is allowed).
10. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace laying. Tighten bolts of fastening of the pump with m 21 N.'s moment in stages. Pull belts.

ENGINE OF 3,0 L

Prevention
At removal of the pump on 6-cylinder engines designate all bolts which establish on the places. The asterisk of the crankshaft is pressed by means of a special stripper.

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression. For this purpose disconnect the socket in a back part of the fuel tank, start the engine and after its stop switch off ignition.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Merge liquid, remove the thermostat, disconnect the top hose of a radiator, perepuskny a hose, remove a fan casing.
4. Remove the fan and the coupling.
5. Take off drive belts.
6. Remove a pump pulley.
7. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster and arms. Take the pump aside, without disconnecting from the highway.
8. Remove an arm of a natyazhitel.
9. Remove the conditioner compressor. Take the unit aside, without disconnecting from the highway, and fix. Remove a compressor arm.
10. Remove a fan arm.
11. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT, uncover, release bolts of a natyazhitel and take off a gear belt, having designated the direction of rotation.
12. Turn off bolts, having paid attention to their arrangement, and remove the pump.
13. Remove a branch pipe and clear the demountable plane of the pump, check its state. At detection of damages or a leak replace the pump.
14. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all removed laying and a sealant. Establish belts and adjust, being guided by the description in appropriate sections. Tighten bolts of fastening of the pump with m 27 N.' moment.

ENGINE OF 3,5 L

Pump of cooling liquid of the engine of 3,5 l

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression. For this purpose disconnect the socket in a back part of the fuel tank, start the engine and after its stop switch off ignition.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Merge liquid.
4. Remove a radiator with the top hose and a fan casing.
5. Remove the generator, the battery and a tray.
6. Remove the lower guards of the engine.
7. Remove the fan, the coupling and a pulley of the pump.
8. Remove the conditioner compressor. Take the unit aside, without disconnecting from the highway, and fix. Remove a compressor arm.
9. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster and arms. Take the pump aside, without disconnecting from the highway.
10. Remove forward covers and disconnect the socket from the sensor of rotation of the crankshaft.
11. A stripper press a crankshaft pulley.
12. Take off a gear belt. For this purpose execute the following:
– combine tags on asterisks and on a head of cylinders;
– release a bolt of a natyazhitel and designate the direction of rotation on a belt.
13. Remove a natyazhitel, a roller and the lever.
14. Remove the top branch pipe and the thermostat from the pump.
15. Clear the demountable plane of the pump, check its state. At detection of damages or a leak replace the pump.
16. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace the removed laying and a sealant. Establish belts and adjust, being guided by the description in appropriate sections. Tighten bolts of fastening of the pump with m 24 N.' moment in 2–3 stages, being displaced on the periphery. Napressuyte on the crankshaft a pulley by means of special adaptation.
