1. Lower glass.

2. Remove the internal panel and the water filter.

3. Carefully hook and remove a glass sealant.

4. Remove a window safety lock, turn off 3 bolts at doors (1 bolt in a forward part), holding a window leaf and remove a window leaf with a framework.

5. Turn off bolts of holders and remove glass.

6. Turn off window regulator bolts, disconnect electric motor wires.

7. Remove a window regulator, if necessary remove the electric motor.

8. Installation is carried out upside-down.

9. Delay fastenings according to the required moments. Tighten two bolts of fastening of a framework of a window leaf with m 6 N.' moment.

10. At installation of glass sustain the sizes of Y=76,5-77,5 mm and X =466,5–467,5 mm, at first having fixed the holder B (1), and then the holder A (2).

11. Adjust glass as follows.

12. Completely lift glass and release bolts and screws of fastening of glass and back lower guide.

13. Move glass, a back guide and an auxiliary roller (if the window leaf is not provided) so that glass adjoined to a door framework on all perimeter.

14. Tighten bolts.

1. Lower glass.

2. Remove the internal panel and the water filter.

3. Carefully hook and remove a glass sealant.

4. Carefully remove felt and rubber trenches.

5. Unscrew two screws in the top part of a window and two bolts of fastening of the central guide to a door and get a guide, having given vertically up.

6. Remove a corner together with a sealant.

7. Remove the holder of glass from a window regulator and get glass.

8. Disconnect electric drive wires (if it is provided), turn off bolts and remove a window regulator, if necessary remove the electric motor (previously remove a spring, otherwise after removal of the electric motor the window regulator can suddenly be straightened and put a trauma).

9. Installation is carried out upside-down taking into account the following.

10. The window regulator is established assembled with the electric motor, tighten bolts of fastening with m 6 N.' moment.

11. Slightly grease trenches with universal lubricant, excess of lubricant is not allowed.

12. At installation of glass sustain the size of equal 231–239 mm.

13. If necessary adjust glass movement of the central guide at released bolts.
