This sensor shows temperature of cooling liquid, the arrow of the sensor will remain near a mark C (cold) at turn of a key in the ignition lock in position of ON.

The arrow of the sensor will climb a measure of growth of temperature of the engine.

When driving the shooter of the sensor has to be approximately on the middle of a scale and can rise above at the movement in city conditions or when on the engine there is big loading.

If the arrow of the sensor enters the red area, it means that the engine overheated.

At the movement you watch that the engine did not overheat.
