1. Disconnect the battery from weight.

2. Remove a forward exhaust pipe, having disconnected from a collector and converter.

3. Disconnect kick - down - draft.

4. Remove a cover of the selector and the panel of the selector, remove the selector.

5. Lift the car, remove a guard of the transfer case.

6. Remove the mechanism of change of transfers of transmission and control of the transfer case.

7. Merge liquid from transmission.

8. Disconnect cooler tubes, muffle and fix in vertical position.

9. Disconnect driveshafts.

10. Disconnect from transmission of a wire and cables.

11. Turn off bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer for what uncover and turn the crankshaft, turning off bolts consistently.

12. Remove a starter, take aside and fix (it is recommended at first

to disconnect wires).

13. Remove a back support of transmission from a cross-piece.

14. Remove a cross-piece, considering the considerable weight and the sizes of this detail.

15. Remove a support of the transfer case, turn off bolts of fastening of a bell-shaped case and remove transmission, having displaced it back, having lowered and having removed from the directing pins.

16. Installation is carried out upside-down.

17. Replace all laying and a sealant, delay connections with the moments specified illustrations.

18. Bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to a flywheel tighten with the moment 35–42 N. of m.

19. Adjust drafts and cables.

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.

2. Remove the mechanism of control of the transfer case.

3. Lift the car, remove a guard of the transfer case.

4. Remove a forward exhaust pipe, having disconnected from a collector and converter.

5. Merge liquid from transmission and oil from the transfer case.

6. Disconnect driveshafts, having designated their situation.

7. Give a forward shaft forward, incline and get from a reducer.

8. Remove a filling branch pipe.

9. Disconnect from draft transmission, remove a cover from a case shaft.

10. Designate and disconnect from transmission of a wire and cables, including a speedometer cable.

11. Disconnect from cooler tube transmission.

12. Remove a starter and a thermal guard (if it is provided).

13. Substitute a jack under the engine pallet.

14. Substitute under transmission the cart with a jack, but do not hang out transmission yet.

15. Slightly you will hang out the engine and remove the right and left forward support.

16. Remove the lower cover of a bell-shaped case.

17. Remove an arm of the transfer case, the torsion, the buffer and an arm of a guard.

18. Slightly you will hang out transmission.

19. Turn off 2 bolts of a cross-piece, raise a jack by 6 mm and remove a cross-piece.

20. Remove transmission. At removal execute the following.

21. Uncover

22. Turn off 6 bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer, having asked the assistant to turn the crankshaft.

23. Carefully lower a back part of transmission assembled with the transfer case and remove from the engine.

24. Incline a forward part of transmission and carefully lower, watching to touching a back extreme cross-piece, and get from under the car.

25. Installation is carried out upside-down.

26. Replace all laying and a sealant, delay connections with the moments specified illustrations

27. Bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to a flywheel tighten with 34–41 N.'s moment m, bolts of fastening of transmission – with m 75 N.' moment, cross-piece bolts – 6 N. of m.

28. Adjust drives of management of transmission.
