Adjustment of inclusion of kick - down - the mode
The screw of adjustment of inclusion kick - down - the mode (M904A)
The adjusting screw is on the left side of a transmission case.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off a lock-nut on 5 turns.
2. Make sure that the screw rotates without jammings.
3. Tighten the screw with m 7,8 N.' moment.
4. Unscrew the screw on 3,5 turns, and, holding it, tighten a lock-nut with m 40–55 N.' moment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car.
2. Turn off a lock-nut on 5 turns.
3. Make sure that the screw rotates without jammings.
4. A key of MD998358 tighten the screw with m 4,9 N.' moment.
5. Unscrew the screw on 7 turns, and, holding it, tighten a lock-nut with m 34–47 N.' moment.
6. Install the pallet and tighten bolts with m 15–20 N.' moment.
7. Fill in liquid.

Adjustment of system of drafts of kick - down - the mode (M904A)

Check of turn of draft of management of a butterfly valve (after adjustment of other drafts)
1. Situation at completely open butterfly valve
2. Situation idling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Release bolts so that drafts In and With freely moved.
2. Warm up the engine to 80 °C and be convinced that bystry idling is turned completely off (the cam of the lever of the air gate of the carburetor should not adjoin to a cam of the lever of a butterfly valve).
3. Give draft And (or a control lever a butterfly valve) to the limiter of idling and establish drafts in the situation corresponding to idling.
4. Tighten the bolt connecting drafts In and Page.
5. Make sure that when opening a butterfly valve the lever on transmission turns on 47,5–54 °, and also that at slow return of draft of a butterfly valve from completely open position of the gate the lever to transmissions comes back to the situation corresponding to idling under the influence of a spring.

Adjustment of the kick-down-drive (KM148)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Believe idling turns (after adjustment of idling adjust a cable of a butterfly valve).
2. Check distance between the limiter of a cable and a cap which has to be 52–53 mm at completely open gate.
3. If necessary establish distance by movement of an arm of a cable at the released bolts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Engine of 3,5 l and 3,0 l (1990-94)
1. Press a pedal of a butterfly valve and check distance between the limiter of a cable and a dustproof cover which has to be 0–1 mm.
2. If necessary establish distance by rotation of adjusting nuts of a cover of a cable.
Engine of 3,0 l (1995)
3. Remove a cover of a cable and and check distance between the limiter of a cable and a cover which has to be 34–35 mm at completely open gate.
4. If necessary establish distance by rotation of adjusting nuts of a cover of a cable.
