1. Unscrew partially the union for pumping on the working cylinder and extort liquid.

2. Disconnect a cylinder rod from a pedal.

3. Turn off a hydraulic actuator tube, bolts (nuts) of fastening and remove the cylinder.

4. Installation is carried out upside-down.

5. Delay connections with the next moments: fastening bolts – 14 N. m, a tube union nut – 15 N. of m, bolts of the transfer case – 12 N. of m.

6. Fill in liquid and remove air from a hydraulic actuator.

1. Remove the main cylinder.

2. Get a lock ring.

3. Remove a cover and a pusher.

4. Get the piston assembled.

5. Weaken a collar and remove a tank.

6. Check a condition of a surface of the cylinder, existence of corrosion and scratches, check purity of openings of the cylinder.

7. Believe diameter of the cylinder in two mutually perpendicular directions and diameter of the piston. If the gap (a difference of diameters) exceeds 0,15 mm in any point, then replace the cylinder and the piston. It is forbidden to remove a spring and other details from the piston.

8. Assembly is carried out upside-down.

9. Grease the piston and the cylinder with brake fluid and install the piston.

10. Orient a collar so that the screw was in the specified sector.

11. Tighten nuts of fastening of the cylinder with m 10–15 N.' moment.

12. Remove air from a hydraulic actuator.
