In the provided drawings the drive on the engine without compensation shaft is presented.
In the following description the gear belt of the drive of compensation shaft will be called a belt "B". At the description starting point is that all details of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution are removed and have to be established.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put on the cogged pulley the end of a bent shaft.
2. Put the remote plug. The slanted party has to be turned to a compensation shaft. The wrong installation can become the reason of damage of a gear belt.

3. Put both driving gear wheels on the corresponding shaft and tighten a bolt on one shaft and a nut on another to a shaft the moment of an inhaling of 34-40 N of m. At the same time shaft need to be held from a provorachivaniye. For this purpose turn out on the right side a cap and insert the screw-driver, and on the left side turn off a cover and insert a metal core. 
4. Establish a tension roller of a gear belt "B", a spring of the tension device and the remote plug. Impose a washer and manually tighten a nut.
5. Impose a gear belt "B" (see rice. Imposing of the lower gear belt (belt "B")). Combine tags on the cogged pulley of a bent shaft with tags on both driving gear wheels of compensation shaft. Impose a gear belt, at the same time provide a tension of the right part of a belt. At repeated installation of the taken-off gear belt it has to be imposed in former situation.
6. Press a finger a gear belt in the place "And" and double-check coincidence of tags. If tags got off, again take off a belt and turn the corresponding pulley on one tooth to the right or to the left.


7. Weaken a nut of a tension roller of a gear belt on one or two turns that the spring of the tension device of a gear belt allowed to press a tension roller to a gear belt. Press a tension roller in the direction specified by an arrow. After that at first tighten a nut (1), and then a bolt (2). 


8. Check a tension of a gear belt, pressing a finger a belt in the place "And" between belt pulleys 1 and 2. The deflection of a belt has to make from 4 to 5 mm. If it is required, release a nut and a bolt and again press a tension roller to a gear belt. 
9. Install the cogged pulley of a bent shaft, a driving gear wheel of the fuel pump of high pressure and the cogged pulley of the camshaft. Tighten bolts till the ordered inhaling moments. At the same time hold shaft from a provorachivaniye.
10. Establish a tension roller of a gear belt. Put a tension roller with a spring and the remote plug and screw a nut. Wring out a tension roller the screw-driver in the direction of an arrow (see rice. Installation of the tension device of a gear belt) and in this situation tighten a bolt. Tighten manually a bolt.
11. Turn cogged pulleys so that tags were established in the provisions specified rice. An exhibition of tags of phases of gas distribution on the diesel engine, also impose a gear belt, without turning at the same time cogged pulleys. Provide a belt tension in the places specified rice. To a tension of a gear belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism, also impose a belt in the following sequence: cogged pulley of a bent shaft, driving gear wheel of the fuel pump of high pressure, tension roller and cogged pulley of the camshaft. 
12. When imposing a gear belt on a gear wheel of the fuel pump of high pressure she should be kept as it can easily be turned. At repeated installation of the taken-off gear belt it should be established in former situation. Check the provision of tags after imposing of a gear belt.
13. Weaken a bolt "1" (see rice. Installation of the tension device of a gear belt) on one-two turns also let's a tension roller nestle on a gear belt, that is in the direction of an arrow in the drawing. Double-check the provision of tags. Turn a bent shaft on two teeth of a gear shaft and leave in this situation. At the same time turn a bent shaft in the direction of working rotation of the engine and by no means not on the contrary. In this situation tighten at first a bolt "2", and then a bolt "1" moment of an inhaling of 22-30 N of m. 
14. Again turn off a bent shaft in the opposite direction before coincidence of tags and check a tension of a gear belt between the cogged pulley of the camshaft and a driving gear wheel of the fuel pump of high pressure. When pressing a belt a finger the deflection of a belt has to make 4–5 mm. If it is required, anew adjust a tension of a gear belt.
15. Put a flange. Keep in mind that openings of a flange and a driving gear wheel are displaced, that is the flange can be established only in one situation.
Insert and tighten bolts.
16. Holding a driving gear wheel of the fuel pump of high pressure, tighten a nut the moment of an inhaling of 80-90 N of m.
17. Other works are performed in the return sequence. Tighten a bolt of a belt pulley of a bent shaft m 170–190 N.' moment. At the same time hold a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye. If the engine is installed, include transfer. Otherwise block a flywheel wreath.
