Control of a tension of a gear belt on the diesel engine

The deflection of a belt has to make 4–5 mm.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off bolts of fastening of the top protection cover of a gear belt and remove a casing. Turn a bent shaft before installation of the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of the top dead point. As the head is uncovered, the provision of a bent shaft needs to be controlled on a belt pulley of a bent shaft.
The notch on a belt pulley of a bent shaft has to settle down opposite to a tag of the top dead point on the lower cover of the case of the gas-distributing mechanism.
For a provorachivaniye of a bent shaft put on a cap key the central bolt of a belt pulley of a bent shaft.
2. Weaken bolts of fastening of the tension device of a belt on two turns.
3. Take away by means of a cap key a bent shaft clockwise from the provision of the top dead point on two teeth of the cogged pulley of the camshaft. The spring of the tension device begins to work and establishes a belt in new situation.
4. Delay fastening of the tension device. That at the same time the tension of a gear belt did not change, at first tighten a bolt in a cut, in then the lower bolt. Both bolts tighten 22–30 N of m until an inhaling.
5. For reliability double-check a tension of a gear belt. For this purpose press a finger a belt, as shown in the drawing. If at the same time the belt has a deflection of 4-5 mm, it is adjusted correctly and the removed details can be established.
