6.7. Check of system of prestarting heating of the engine 4D56T
The electric circuit of system of the accelerated prestarting heating of the engine 1D56T
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Make sure that tension in the rechargeable battery is in limits of 11-13 Century.
2. Make sure that temperature of cooling liquid is not above 20 °C.
Prevention
At more high temperature of cooling liquid disconnect a block from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.
|
3. Measure electric resistance between an electrode and the case ("weight") of a starting candle.
4. Resistance has to be in limits of 0,05-0,07 Ohms at a surrounding temperature of 5-35 °C.
Prevention
The measured resistance of one starting candle is equivalent to the parallel resistance of all four starting candles.
|
5. Measure resistance between a conclusion of "G" of the relay of switching off of starting candles (1, 2) and an electrode of a starting candle.
6. Resistance has to be in limits of 0,14-0,16 Ohms.
Prevention
Before measurement of resistance be convinced that tension of the rechargeable battery is not brought to a conclusion of "G" of the relay.
|
7. Attach the voltmeter to an electrode of a starting candle and the case of a starting candle and measure tension right after installation of the ignition key in the provision of "ON" (prestarting heating is included) without inclusion of a starter.
8. Approximately through 2–4 about tension has to be established within 9–11 Century.
Prevention
Time necessary for undervoltage changes depending on temperature of starting candles and the brought tension.
|
9. Measure tension during launch of the engine which has to be not less than 4 Century.
10. Start the engine and measure tension during warming up of the engine which has to be within 5–8 Century.
11. When cooling liquid gets warm up to the temperature of 30 °C and more or if from the moment of launch of the engine passed 30 with, tension has to decrease up to 0 Century.
