6.11. Check of pressure of pressurization


Prevention
Check of pressure of pressurization has to be made two checking in such place where dispersal of the car at the accelerator pedal pressed to the full is possible.
Pressure on the manometer has to be read out checking, sitting on the right front seat.

PERFORMANCE ORDER


1. Disconnect a hose from the proofreader of supply of fuel on pressure of pressurization of TNVD, through a tee attach the control manometer and transfer it to interior of the car.
2. Accelerate the car on the II transfer at the pedal of an accelerator pressed to the full and with a frequency of rotation of a bent shaft about 3000 rpm check on the manometer the pressurization pressure which has to correspond to the values given in subsection 6.1.
3. If the received value is less demanded, malfunction of the regulator of pressurization, leakage of air ducts and hoses of a turbocompressor and violation of work of a turbocompressor can be the reasons of it.
4. If the received value is more than normal, the following malfunctions in system of regulation of pressurization are possible:
– detachment or damage of a vacuum hose of a pneumatic actuator of the regulator of pressurization;
– malfunction of the regulator of pressurization;
– malfunction of the valve of pressure of pressurization.
