The evaporator is closed by a casing for which removal it is necessary to wring out latches the tool rested against a soft lining and to unscrew the screws which are pulling together both half of a casing.

Replace all sealing rings of unions of coolant.

1. Depressurize the highway of coolant in car service.

2. Disconnect the battery from weight.

3. Turn off the union of tubes on a partition of a motor compartment, turn off a nut directly over hoses.

4. Remove a box for trifles, the channel of an obduv of a windshield and disconnect the socket.

5. Disconnect transitional section between casings of the evaporator and a heater.

6. Remove a drainage hose.

7. Turn off bolts and remove the evaporator.

8. Installation is carried out upside-down.

1. Depressurize the highway of coolant in car service.

2. Disconnect the battery from weight.

3. Turn off the union of tubes on a partition of a motor compartment.

4. Disconnect a drainage hose.

5. Remove a box for trifles and a loudspeaker lattice.

6. Turn off bolts and remove an intensifying level under the forward panel.

7. Remove the right air duct for heating of legs and disconnect the socket from the control panel of the conditioner.

8. Turn off bolts and remove the evaporator.

9. If necessary remove a casing, the control unit, the air temperature sensor, the broad valve and tubes from the evaporator.

Prevention Before installation of the new evaporator fill it with special oil in car service. If R12 coolant is used, filled in 60 cubic see Nippondenso Oil 6 oils if R134A coolant is used, 40 cubic cm of Nippondenso Oil 8 are filled in.

10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
