On a part of cars of 1983-91 2-staged air conditioning system which includes the block of conditioning of a back part of salon is provided.

Removal and installation

1. Depressurize the highway of coolant in car service.

2. Disconnect the battery from weight.

3. Turn off the union of tubes on a partition of a motor compartment.

4. Remove an overlay of a back rack of a body on the right side under which there is an evaporator.

5. Turn off on the evaporator of the union of tubes and disconnect the top air duct.

6. Disconnect the socket, turn off bolts and carefully remove the evaporator.

7. Installation is carried out upside-down.

8. Replace sealing rings of unions, having oiled them compressor DENSO OIL or SUNISCO 5GS.
