CARS OF 1983-90. (WITH CARBURETTOR ENGINES)

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Lift a back part of the car. remove wheels. Turn away a tank mouth, a drain stopper and merge gasoline.
3. Remove a mouth guard.
4. Accurately designate and disconnect all hoses from a tank.
5. Disconnect the socket of the fuel level sensor.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install under a tank the cart with a jack, turn off nuts of fastening and lower a tank.
2. Install a tank upside-down. Tighten fastening nuts with m 27 N.' moment, a drain stopper – with m 16 N.' moment.
3. Attach hoses on the put tags.
4. After assembly be convinced of lack of leaks.

CARS OF 1989-90. (WITH INJECTOR ENGINES)

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression of fuel system (see subsection 8.2.1).
2. Disconnect the battery from weight. Lift a back part of the car. remove wheels. Turn away a tank mouth, a drain stopper and merge gasoline.
3. Remove a mouth guard.
4. Accurately designate and disconnect all hoses and valves from a tank. Unscrew screws and remove a tank mouth pipe. Disconnect wires from the fuel pump and the sensor.
5. Disconnect hoses from the fuel pump. Remove pillows in the top part of a tank.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install under a tank the cart with a jack, turn off nuts of fastening and lower a tank.
2. Install a tank upside-down.
3. Tighten fastening nuts with m 27 N.' moment, a drain stopper – with m 18 N.' moment.
4. Attach hoses to a tank and the pump on the put tags. After assembly be convinced of lack of leaks.

CARS OF 1991-98.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Disconnect from a wire tank.
2. Lift a back part of the car. remove wheels. Turn away a tank mouth, a drain stopper and merge gasoline.
3. Remove an arm of a side guard.
4. Accurately designate and disconnect all hoses from a tank.
5. Install under a tank the cart with a jack, turn off nuts of fastening and lower a tank.
6. Remove the fuel pump, the reducing valve, the fuel level sensor.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install a tank upside-down.
2. Tighten fastening nuts with m 25–30 N.' moment,
3. Dress hoses so that they came on tubes on 25–30 mm.
4. At first screw a hose of the trunk main by hand, and then tighten with the moment 30–40 N. of m, without allowing twisting.
5. Fill in 1 l of gasoline in a tank and connect the battery to weight.
6. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of leaks.
