CARS OF 1983-86.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge liquid from the cooling system, having moved a rychazhok of the crane of an otpitel to completely open situation.
2. Disconnect hoses from a heater.
3. Disconnect the battery from weight.
4. Remove a wheel, the central section of the forward panel, a guard of devices, carefully disconnect a cable of a speedometer and a wire.
5. Remove a combination of devices.
6. Remove the lower covers of an air duct under the forward panel and a cable arm.
7. Remove the control panel of a heater, having designated cables at a detachment from the crane and gates.
8. Uncover the block of safety locks, turn off bolts and push the block under the forward panel.
9. Disconnect wires from forward loudspeakers.
10. Remove a cap in the center of the forward panel.
11. Carefully wring out latches and remove nozzles of an obduv of a windshield.
12. Remove a box for trifles.
13. Disconnect wires from the heater relay.
14. Turn off nuts and bolts and remove the forward panel.
15. Remove the central air duct and an air duct of an obduv of a windshield.
16. Remove an air duct of heating of back glass.
17. Turn off the top and lower nuts and remove the heater case.
18. Remove a radiator, previously having removed all necessary details (draft, the lever and the gate). Leave a heat-insulating lining on the place.
19. Installation is carried out upside-down.
20. Fix draft of the lever of the central air duct, having turned the lever clockwise.
21. Attach draft of the delitelny gate, having transferred the gate to the provision of heating of a windshield and having turned the lever counterclockwise.
22. Attach draft of the crane at completely covered cranes of a radiator and the gate of airinflow.

CARS OF 1987-91.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge liquid from the cooling system, having moved a temperature regulator rychazhok to completely open situation.
2. Designate and disconnect hoses from a heater.
3. Disconnect the battery from weight.
4. Remove the lower covers of air ducts under the left and right parts of the forward panel and a cowl lock drive cable arm.
5. Remove a box for trifles.
6. Remove side ventilating nozzles, having wrung out latches.


7. Hook and remove a back cover of an average combination of devices.
8. Remove a guard of devices, designate and disconnect wires from devices and switches and a speedometer cable.


9. Unscrew side screws and uncover a combination of devices.


10. Unscrew 4 screws in the basis and get a framework with devices, having disconnected wires.

Prevention
The inclination compass can be damaged easy blows or at its falling. Do not incline the device so that the arrow left for edge of a scale.


11. Remove an overlay of the central section or the lower panel.


12. Designate and disconnect 3 cables of management of a heater.


13. Remove the central framework together with the receiver, disconnecting wires.
14. Remove a wheel.


15. Uncover the block of safety locks and get the block.


16. Turn off nuts and bolts and remove the forward panel of facing of salon.


17. After removal of the panel access to a heater is provided.


18. Remove brackets of fastening of a heater to air ducts.


19. Turn off bolts of fastening of a heater.


20. Remove a heater.
21. Remove the central air duct and an air duct of heating of a windshield.


22. Unscrew cover screws on a radiator.


23. Uncover a radiator.


24. Remove an air duct of heating of back glass, turn off the top and lower nuts and remove a heater radiator assembled with a casing.
25. Remove the lever and a cover of the crane.


26. Remove the crane and a branch pipe. For removal of the crane of a heater remove a bracket (1), draft (2), a collar (3), a hose (4) and turn out the screw (5).
27. Disconnect draft and remove the lever of the delitelny gate.


28. Get a radiator. To get a radiator remove draft (1) of the gate of a distributive box of a stream a foot niche / glass. Leave a heat-insulating lining on the place.
29. Installation is carried out upside-down.
30. Attach all drafts at completely closed gates or the crane of a heater, the lever of the delitelny gate of a stream of air to a foot niche / on a windshield has to be turned counterclockwise.

CARS OF 1992-98.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge liquid from the cooling system.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Remove floor section, having executed the following.
4. Remove the panel with switches and the suspension bracket switch (or a cap).
5. Disconnect the socket from the back.
6. Remove the side panel A.
7. Unscrew 4 screws and remove back section of the floor panel.
8. Turn out handles of levers of the check point and the transfer case.
9. Disconnect from the floor panel of a wire.
10. Disconnect from the floor panel of a wire.

Prevention
When performing these works do not touch the block of diagnostics of safety cushions.

11. Remove the forward panel of facing of salon, having executed the following.
12. Remove handles of the drive of the lock of a cowl and a door of a jellied mouth.
13. Unscrew screws and uncover lower and angular.
14. Remove a box for trifles.
15. Unscrew screws and remove the average panel A.
16. Remove a heater.
17. Remove the radio tape recorder.
18. Get a cap of facing of a guard of devices, unscrew screws and remove facing.
19. Unscrew screws and remove a guard of devices.
20. Remove a speedometer cable, having disconnected it at first at the check point, and then having removed an adapter, having given a cable on itself, and having removed a clamp.
21. Unscrew 4 screws and remove a casing of a steering column.
22. Remove hours (or a cap).
23. Remove a side nozzle, the mirror switch, the loudspeaker, the switch of a cleaner and a washer of back glass and the switch of the door lock.
24. Disconnect a cable of the gate of an air duct and conducting.
25. Unscrew screws and remove the forward panel.
26. Disconnect hoses from a heater.
27. Remove the lower covers of an air duct under the forward panel.
28. Uncover channel A of cold air.
29. On the car with the conditioner turn off bolts and a nut of fastening of the evaporator, on the car without conditioner remove transitional section of an air duct.
30. Get the central air duct and two frameworks.
31. Remove a heater, a distributive box for heating of legs.
32. Turn off bolts and remove a heater radiator.
33. Installation is carried out upside-down. Attach an air inlet cable.


34. At installation of a cable of an air inlet rearrange the sector of direct supply of cold air and the lever on a heater in situation "is closed" (1 – it is closed, 2 – it is opened, 3 – the limiter, 4 – from a heater).
