1. Remove the lower cover of an air duct on the right side of the forward panel of salon.

2. Remove a box for trifles, having wrung out clamps.

3. Disconnect a cable of a distributive box.

4. Remove a big central air duct from the fan to a heater (except the car of 1983-86).

5. Disconnect the socket, a small hose from the electric motor, turn off 3 bolts and remove the electric motor.

6. If necessary remove a krylchatka and the resistor.

7. Installation is carried out upside-down.

8. At installation of a cable move a rychazhok of the delitelny gate to situation RECIRC, turn the gate lever counterclockwise and dress a cable and fix by a bracket.

Prevention On cars with the conditioner for removal of the block of an obduv it is required to depressurize the conditioner in car service and to remove the evaporator.

1. On cars with the conditioner disconnect a drainage hose, a tube of supply of coolant and a tube on the party of absorption.

2. Remove a box for trifles.

3. Remove a decorative lattice and the loudspeaker.

4. Turn off 4 bolts and remove a level.

5. Disconnect the socket of the relay and remove a socket arm.

6. Disconnect a cable from the lever of the delitelny gate.

7. Remove the channel for heating of legs of the passenger.

8. Remove the evaporator (on the car with the conditioner) or connecting section (on the car without conditioner).

9. Turn off bolts and remove the block of an obduv.

10. Remove the fan and the resistor.

11. Installation is carried out upside-down.

12. Attach a cable in the following order.

Transfer a rychazhok of the delitelny gate to the provision of recirculation, press the lever of the delitelny gate in the direction of an arrow, dress a cable and fix by a bracket a cover.

13. Fill the conditioner in car service.
