2. Merge cooling liquid.

3. Remove the directing fan casing.

4. Remove the bringing radiator hose.

5. Take off a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering and a belt of the drive of the generator.

6. Remove the fan and the viscous coupling.

7. Remove a pulley of the water pump.

8. Remove the taking-away radiator hose.

9. Uncover lower and top the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism.

10. Take off belts of the drive of the distributive and counterbalancing shaft.

11. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering and its arm.

12. Remove the case of the thermostat and the thermostat.

13. Remove the water pump.

1. Clear and check a condition of privalochny surfaces of the water pump and block of cylinders.

2. Replace laying of the thermostat, the water pump and a pump epiploon, and also collars of hoses.

3. Check whether there are no dribbles from the viscous coupling.

4. Check a condition of a belt of the drive of the generator.

1. Installation of the water pump is made as it should be, the return to removal.

2. After installation of the water pump adjust a generator drive belt tension.

Prevention For simplification of installation of an epiploon moisten it with water. It is forbidden to apply for this purpose oil or lubricant.
